Day 3: Cookies and Petit Fours

Hey everyone. So today we made Butter cookies, Coconut Macaroons, Raspberry Ribbon Strips, Chocolate Cookies.

For the butter cookies, we piped them as rosettes and shells. With the rosettes, we dipped the bottom in chocolate. With the Shells, we dipped 2/3 of the top in chocolate, then dipped them in chocolate sprinkles, then put 2 eyes and a nose on them with chocolate. To make Hedgehogs!

For the Coconut Macaroons:

We baked them then dipped the bottom of the macaroon in chocolate, and drizzled chocolate on top.

For the Raspberry Ribbon cookies:

We just cut them and served them.

For the Chocolate cookies:

They are actually are gluten free. All chocolate. They have chocolate chips and chocolate nibs. Chocolate nibs are very bitter.
