So today, I finished my practical, took 2 finals.
I finished my cookies, and my diplomat cream.
Here are the finished products:
Butter cookies dipped with cookies.
Diplomat cream layered with sautéed apples!
I passed my Food Safety Test!!
Tomorrow I start a new lab: Cookies and Petit Fours.
