Day 8: Fundamentals

Hey everyone! Welcome back. So today I don’t have any pictures but I’ll have pictures tomorrow for my finish products. We had our practical today. I started with making pastry cream, butter cookies, diplomat cream, making decorations, roasting pineapples then my knife kills.

I did have little trouble with the Butter cookies because when I pipped them they were their correct shape but then when I put them in the oven they lost their shape and turned into a circle cookie.

Tomorrow, I just have finish my products and I’ll show you the finish products tomorrow.
