Day 4: Cookies and Petit Fours

So today, we made, Biscotti, Hermits, Spiral cookies, short dough cut out.

I don’t have pictures of the Biscotti and Hermits. But the Biscotti were made with orange zest and juice and almonds. The Hermits were made with raisins and candied ginger.

For the Spiral cookies, they were red and white.

We got to pick any shape. I choose Bear cut outs.
